Return and Refund Policy

All handmade products are Imperfectly perfect & add to the character and uniqueness of the piece. The product received may differ slightly in colour & finish from the picture due to lighting, photography, and screen settings on the website due to photography angles.

1. All styles are eligible for return or exchange within 2 days of receipt. Please inform us within 12 hours of receipt of order. You must email contact@myarr.co.in to process return or exchange. Please ensure product is returned in its original packaging.
2. Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing the order. You must email contact@myarr.co.in to process cancellation. 
3. We will refund the full cost of the returned item, excluding the courier charges which will have to be borne by the customer.
4. Refunds are processed after 7-10 days of receipt of returned product.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. Incorrect delivery address.
2. If package is either refused by recipient or 3 failed attempts to deliver the package.
3. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

In case a Made to Order request is placed and the customer cancels the order subsequently, 25% of the product cost will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to the customer.
